![]() I don't know about you, but sometimes I flat out lose my mojo and it's tough to regain. Finding that motivation or compelling reason WHY we do something can also be a challenge. Basically, when we're stuck in a rut we could use a little boost. So, I would like to offer you some one month challenges to assist you with habits you would like to start, build a strong foundation, and maintain. The first six one-month challenges are set up and ready to go: October - Eat 4+ servings of fruits/vegetables daily (we need 5-9 servings) November - 8+ glasses (8 oz.) of water daily December - 7-9 hours of sleep each night January - 30-60 minutes of exercise daily February - 20+ minutes of reading daily March - 10+ minutes of meditation daily Here's all you need to do to get involved: 1. Send me an email at gettoit11@gmail.com with your name and the months you would like to participate. 2. I will share out a spreadsheet with all participants a few days before the start of the challenge to track your daily success, along with the specific guidelines for the challenge. 3. 20+ days of success for each challenge will put you in a drawing for the chance to win a gift card (2-3 will be awarded monthly). 4.
