Last month I highlighted one of the services that I provide as a life coach. This is the second one:
Exercise: If it's a workout goal you have, then I'm definitely your go-to gal! I have always been active by coaching various sports over a 20-year span, but I got serious about my own personal fitness five years ago when I joined a gym. That's when my workouts really sky-rocketed.
I have worked with a personal trainer and know a great deal about what does and doesn't work when it comes to weightlifting, running, and overall fitness. I have run various short races and have completed six half-marathons so far.
So, if you have a desire to run your first race (any race), to get into better shape, or simply to become less of a couch potato, let me assist you! This is a minimum 12 week program and can work in conjunction with the nutrition program. Pay by the session or by the month. Contact me for rates!
