I'm so excited to be seeing some results in my quest to drop body fat. In exactly one month, I've been able to decrease it by 2.5%!! I started at 20.6% and today I measured it at 18.1%!! The key for me has been to drastically drop the big three out of my diet for the most part: pasta, rice, and bread. I really enjoy all three, but I haven't missed them for the most part. I've been having bread occasionally. Pasta and rice happen rarely, and I'm definitely seeing the benefit. My goal is to get to 16% by the end of the school year ( a little over two months away). Below is my day 3 of #100happydays. I think it fits today.
