I've done this before, and I'm going to do it again...a 30 days of kindness challenge. It's a challenge where you consciously do acts of kindness over 30 days and note the effects it has on you. Sometimes I get complacent and don't think about doing for others. This is a great way to refocus by thinking outside the box and doing what I can to have a positive impact in someone else's life. The key for me will be to write about it each day. So far I'm doing pretty well on keeping up with my journal writing. My plan is to write about each day in it.
