Sometimes I just need a day or two to regroup. This was a weekend that was all about spending time with family. This meant that I didn't do much in terms of formal exercise and I let myself eat a few of my personal forbidden fruits. I think sometimes I need a reprieve in order to regroup and work even harder than I worked previously. I feel like I'm rejuvenated and ready to get tackle my 3 big goals: officially opening my office space on October 1, getting a rough draft of my book written by the end of 2014, and getting my body fat to 14% by December 1. I'm working on a list to push forward on all three goals tomorrow and I'm totally excited about attacking each of these goals head on so that I can accomplish them. No excuses, no regrets!!
