What do you do when you have a break during the work day? Most of us probably reply that we sit and take a load off our feet. However, when we do that we actually get more tired.
The answer is as easy as putting one foot in front of the other. Take a walk. Whether you have two minutes or ten, it's important to get movement into the day as much as possible.
Get outside for a breath of fresh air. Walk around the office or go and grab a drink of water. Even if your job is standing all day, you're in one spot and your body craves movement.
No excuses! Get out and walk!
